new Close proofs

Exciting new proofs of potential tapestry editions by Chuck Close:

Hung Liu mural at SFO

An epic work on panel by Hung Liu was installed at SFO Airport late last year, and Donald Farnsworth took these photos of it en route to Japan in December. Also check out the photos below of Liu working on the piece at Magnolia to really get a sense of its massive scale.

In the mix with Oakland Magazine

Magnolia Editions was featured in the December 2008 issue of Oakland Magazine:

Farnsworth has beaten the odds on many a creative challenge. He just hopes he can do the same with the city of Oakland.
